How do weather and other issues affect delivery?

Do you do rush deliveries?

We have lots of options to get your freight delivered on time. We can use team drivers in a truck, for example, so that the truck never stops.

Do I need extra insurance on my valuable items?

We offer standard insurance on all of our freight, but we can provide additional insurance coverages for high-value goods.

Do you ship across the Canada/US border?

Yes, we ship both nationally and across North America (including Mexico). We'll help you get your goods across the border, using our network of suppliers and customs brokers. We can also help you determine costing and which documentation you'll need.

I haven't done a lot of shipping before. Can you help me?
